Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.
