Discovery & Feasibility
We review site plans, zoning constraints, and your vision. This is where we determine if the project is structurally sound and legally viable within Metro Manila's regulations.
Scope & Budget Alignment
Transparent costing. We provide a detailed breakdown of materials (e.g., reinforced concrete vs. steel) and labor, ensuring your budget aligns with the architectural ambition.
Method Note: Evaluation Criteria
Every inquiry is evaluated against a risk matrix. We prioritize projects where our expertise in complex Philippine geotechnics and high-end finishes creates distinct value. We avoid projects where ambiguity in ownership or site access creates downstream liability.
Limits: We do not bid on projects without clear title or those requiring unlicensed sub-contractors. If the site visit reveals soil instability not disclosed initially, we will pause to recalibrate structural requirements rather than proceeding blindly.
